All students are required to ensure that they uphold the honor and dignity by abiding all the rules and regulations of ICT.
All decisions that are made including any disciplinary action by ICT’s relevant authorities shall be final.

  • Students are not allowed to register at any other institution while studying at ICT.
  • If any student have been found to falsify documents will face immediate dis­ciplinary action.
  • All students registered with ICT must always be respectful to the faculty, administrative staff and other students.
  • All political activity and/or indecent behavior of students in or around the ICT will call for immediate disciplinary action.
  • It is mandatory for all students to carry their ID cards on the campuses and at all ICT events.
  • Dress code as specified by ICT must always be adhered to by the students.
  • All dues must be fully cleared before appearing in mid-term and final examinations.
  • Student scholarship is conditional upon maintaining 3.0 CGPA in every semes­ter
  • Permission must be obtained from the respective teacher in order to do makeup assignments, quiz­zes and presentations.
  • The fees dues for each Semester is non refund­able & non transferable.
  • All students must be punctual in the class.
  • The use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited at ICT premises.
  • In case of loss or damage to ICT property, shall be recoverable from the student.
  • All students should regularly view the ICT notice board.
  • No student is allowed to paste, exhibit, prepare or distribute any poster, leaflet, notice, pamphlet or handbill in or outside the ICT premises without prior permission from the Head Teacher or the Principal.
  • Smoking in the ICT premises is strictly prohibited.
  • Students are not allowed to leave the class without the permission of the teacher.
  • All late-comers to the class will be registered as absent.
  • All political and/or religious activity at ICT must first be approved in writing from the Head Teacher or Principal.
  • The students will be responsible for any loss or damage to their vehicle if they use the parking around the ICT premises.
  • ICT will not be held responsible for any loss/damage to the students personal belongings.
  • The students who want to transfer from ICT to any other college/institute can apply within fifteen days of taking their Board/University Examinations.
  • The College has the full right to amend and/or introduce additional rules as and when deemed appropriate.
  • The students Section/Roll Numbers will not be changed once allotted.
  • ICT students will be charged transport fee.
  • Students can claim their NOCs and college leaving certificate once they have paid all their dues in full.
  • Students can apply for the cancellation of their admission at ICT within 15 days after getting admission, however no fee refund shall be made.
  • Despite all the necessary arrangements, the ICT will not be held responsible for any kind of mishap during college tours and events.
  • Any student seeking leave of more than three days, will require their parents to personally visit the principal office.
  • Medical certificate is mandatory in case of medical leave.
  • If the student is seeking a leave for Umrah/Hajj or any international travelling, he/she must provide copies of passport, tickets and visas to ICT before the application can be accepted.
  • Parents are required to be meet the Head Teacher or the Principal in case the student is seeking a short leave.
  • Students are required to be aware of all ICT policies and regularly read notices about important matters such as a change in policy, deadlines, college dues and the External Board Registration.
