Rubina Haq is an educator, researcher, and an academic leader serving as the Director and Supervisor of Islamabad College. She has extensive experience in teaching, educational leadership, mentoring, and training. She is committed to promote academic excellence and creating an environment that supports the intellectual, spiritual, and professional development of students.

She previously served as a Lecturer at the International Islamic University Islamabad and as Principal of Islamabad College of Techno sciences. Her academic background includes an M.Phil. in the Sciences of Hadith, and she is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Islamic Studies, specializing in the Sciences of Hadith.
As a Director and Supervisor, Rubina Haq focuses on maintaining high educational standards, effective academic management, student mentoring, and the continuous improvement of teaching and learning. Her approach combines academic knowledge, leadership, and Islamic values to help students develop confidence, discipline, critical thinking, and a strong sense of purpose.
